This web-based tool contains 70 behavioural questions that compare self-perceptions with those of other raters (e.g. the participant's manager, direct reports, team members or peers).

Emotional IntelligenceView360 was developed by Kenneth M. Nowack, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist and researcher in the areas of 360° feedback, emotional intelligence and occupational health. Dr Nowack is a member of Daniel Goleman's Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organisations.

Both the Emotional IntelligenceView360 questionnaire and the report are now available in Lithuanian language.
