One of the most advanced personality profiling tools on the market for managing the employee lifecycle. Facet5 is a reliable approach to creating and managing an organisation's most important asset - its human capital.

To maintain its professional credibility and to ensure that it continues to develop in line with practical experience and current theory, Facet5 is only available to accredited individuals. Training in the interpretation and management of Facet5 information is required.

The programme is interactive and uses real data and situations to ensure that participants develop skills quickly and in a way that is immediately applicable. Facet5 is about learning about relationships. Materials include technical references, interpretation guides and case studies.

Places are limited as the programmes are kept to a small number of participants and include participatory exercises, individual work and discussion sessions to ensure that each person is able to learn in the most effective way.

Facet5 Practitioner accreditation is designed for business managers, HR managers, recruitment specialists and management consultants.

The Facet5 Practitioner Accreditation Programme consists of two parts:

1. Group training for up to 10 participants

The Facet5 Accreditation Workshop covers the theory and many practical tasks in the following areas:

The background and development of Facet5;
The concept of personality and the Big 5 theory;
The Facet5 questionnaire;
Facet5 reliability and validity;
The Facet5 profile;
Facet5 factors and subfactors in depth;
Response latency and its application;
Norm groups and languages;
Facet5 families;
Essentials of Facet5 feedback;
Providing individual feedback;
Applying Facet5 data to key areas of the employee lifecycle in the organisation.

2. The Facet5 Practitioner Exam - Individual Sessions

The Facet5 Practitioner examination consists of two parts: an online test and a real Facet5 feedback session under the supervision of a Master Trainer.

The training will be conducted by experienced Facet5 trainer and practitioner Jūratė Verikaitė.
