Zanas Neimantas is an independent Consultant with more than 10 years of experience in managing various teams and groups. He started his work in the human resource management area in 2004.

At the moment Zanas is Deputy of General Manager at SC "Ogmios centras" and is responsible for the real estate development (manages 54 different companies, 35 million LTL revenue). Previous work experience: Personnel vice-president at JSC Concern SBA (manages 26 companies, 4,6 thousand employees, more than 750 million LTL turnover); Personnel manager at JSC "Palink" (retail chain IKI) (8 thousand employees, more than 200 stores in Lithuania and Latvia, more than 2 billion LTL turnover).

Highly skilled, professionalism, knowledge and abilities – these are characteristic of Zanas. He also has a lot of experience in preparing and conducting various seminars, training courses for various organizations in Lithuania and is continuously developing himself in this field.
