Ruta Butkute is a professional psychologist-psychoterapist, who has clinical work experience since 2001.

She started working professionally in Human Resource Development area in 2008.

She possesses an expert knowledge, extensive experience in psychology and psychotherapy.

Ruta is specializing in organizational and human recource development, management, personal effectiviness trainings and teambuilding. She is also developing Stress and Competence centres.

Ruta is accredited as a Consultant and Facilitator/Coach in Facet5 assessment tool and Facet5 audition. (IPM).

Provides trainings in Lithuanian and English.
