Coach, Trainer, Consultant & HR specialist

Starting from 2004 Lina has been leading different teams both in public and private sectors thus she has already gained multilevel experience and knowledge in people and project management, team management, learning and development as well as motivation spheres.

Her career as a Coach (by the ICF Code of Ethics and principals) Lina started in year 2012. She is very enthusiastic about continuous personal and professional growth therefore she constantly attends different coaching related events as well as Gestalt Therapy trainings. In addition to that Lina has been part of more than one innovative project, for example a Knowledge Exchange Project among the Organisations Based on Community Currency or Project Implementing Coaching Culture in the Organisation.

Lina has international Facet5 Facilitator's accreditation (IPM) as well as she has successfully finished HR Management Standard for Professionals, organised by the Association of HR Professionals in Lithuania.

If you feel like willing to get to know yourself or your team better using a bit out of a box style, then Lina may suggest you to include kiteboarding into a package, because as soon as the right wind comes she hurries to the Lithuanian or some other beach.
