Job description:

• Provide trainings, consultations and coaching in HRD area for different levels of Managers
• Work with different kind of assessment tools

Candidate Requirements:

• Deep and earnest feeling and willingness to create a success for each client
• Good knowledge and work experience in trainings, consulting, coaching and working with assessment tools
• University education (minimum Bachelor) in Psychology or other Manager’s / HRD fields  
• Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Windows XP Professional)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Russian (would be an advantage)
• Self-confidence, faithfulness, excellent communication skills, able to work in a team and alone
• Ready to work in weekends, when is needed to travel for longer time abroad
• Valid driving license
